At KDH Collection, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery

Collector jerseys are often limited or rare items; therefore, all returns are subject to inspection and approval.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Jerseys with signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing

  • Returns requested after the 7-day return period


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide clear photos and order details for verification.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
